Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an EMEA MEP Lead to direct the engineering services across the London, Dublin, Germany and Madrid portfolio. You will manage hard services delivery, lead site teams and drive value through sustainability and cost control.

In this senior role you will partner with clients, internal teams and service partners to ensure service quality, compliance and continuous improvement across the UK portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical FM services in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to lead virtual and on-site teams.
• Track record managing hard services and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard Services management across the cluster including budgets, procurement and governance.
• Develop and implement consistent maintenance practices across sites.
• Provide technical support for leased spaces as required.
• Lead regional contracting efforts for technical products/services.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Drive cost reduction and sustainability programs using data-driven insights.
