Qualifications

• 10+ years in facility management, corporate real estate or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross‑border accounts and teams.

• Advanced P&L ownership, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for the EMEA IFM portfolio across sites and projects.
• Lead a large, distributed team and optimize resource allocation and staff development.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, and KPI governance for the account.
• Cultivate executive client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
