Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an EMEA Regional Engineering Director based in London, Dublin, Frankfurt or Munich. The role leads Hard Services across a multi-site portfolio, owns budgets, and drives sustainability and cost-reduction programs while ensuring compliance and high service standards.

The candidate will partner with client teams, manage SLAs/KPIs, and advance engineering operations through data-driven improvements and strategic supplier management.

Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering technical Facilities Management in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
• Ability to lead and influence, including virtual teams.
• Track record managing Hard Services and engineering contracts, self-delivered or outsourced.
• Experience in financial management and budgeting with cost-saving focus.
• Ability to build positive client relations and network at all levels.
• Ability to audit own work and maintain quality.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Word/Excel; interest in technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard Services management across the cluster, including budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, risk and governance.
• Develop and implement maintenance management practices across sites.
• Provide technical support for leased space as required and lead regional contracts sourcing.
• Accountable for engineering budgets within the UK portfolio and forecasts.
• Drive cost reduction and sustainability initiatives with data-driven insights.
