Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities engineering management
• Deep technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, boiler systems
• Experience building and developing engineering teams
• Proven track record with preventive maintenance programs
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (federal/state/local)
• Experience transitioning outsourced services to self-delivery
• Experience managing procurement and contractor partnerships
• Collaborative skills across operations, digital tech and reliability engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership of the engineering function across multiple sites
• Drive preventive maintenance programs and uptime improvements
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, contractor coordination and safety management
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain building drawings and documentation
• Develop engineering talent through training and supervision of engineers and maintenance staff
• Lead multi-site transitions from outsourcing to in-house delivery
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineering and other teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Conduct portfolio-wide audits and participate in compliance programs
