Job summary

At Atlassian, we seek a proven leader to guide a growing Solutions Engineering team in an AI-first sales environment. You will shape the SE strategy across Strategic and Enterprise segments, mentor senior engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement.

You will lead high-impact pursuits across EMEA, delivering live value demonstrations, and co-creating outcomes with customers while influencing GTM and product priorities.

• Proven experience in sales engineering in a leadership role within a global, high-growth technology company.
• Led diverse teams to achieve challenging goals and leveraged networks to execute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required for executive-level engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a growing Solutions Engineering team in an AI-first sales environment.
• Develop and execute SE strategy aligned to Strategic segment and planning cycles.
• Provide technical leadership during discovery, solution design, briefings, demos, and POC engagements.
• Drive AI-led demos and value engineering to deliver data-driven presentations to executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design pipeline generation activities and account-based plays.
• Maintain structured feedback loops with Product and Marketing for roadmap input.
