Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Regional Vice President of Identity Security for the EMEA region based in London. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive strategic account engagement, and ensure quota attainment across the region.

Reporting to the CRO, you will mentor Account Executives, refine prospecting techniques, and collaborate with partners to accelerate growth in cloud security and data protection solutions. This role emphasizes scalable leadership in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading teams closing large deals in hyper-growth startups.
• Excellent presentation skills to executive-level customers and teams.
• Strong cloud security and data risk understanding (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of data security frameworks and compliance.
• Skilled in identifying opportunities using consultative selling.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks to meet quotas.
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
• Ability to guide team to meet monthly/quarterly/annual quotas.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Team following best practices and CRM usage.
• Provide mentorship to Account Executives on prospecting and key account management.
• Conduct periodic reviews of business and performance for reps.
• Coach team on career path direction and growth.
• Identify growth areas and participate in recruiting.
• Guide team on relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Implement processes to keep leadership updated on sales activity.
