Job summary

Cresta is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for EMEA to act as the operational and analytical engine behind our fastest-growing region. You will partner with EMEA sales leadership to transform data into decisions, run planning cadences, and remove friction for field teams.

This high-ownership role blends strategy and execution, from territory design to forecast hygiene and CRM data integrity, serving as a bridge between EMEA and central GTM Ops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building models and handling large datasets.
• Proven ability to own and execute complex operational processes with high accuracy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, including influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape go-to-market strategy for EMEA: country/region prioritization and segmentation.
• Own territory design and book-of-business construction; rebalance territories as needed.
• Lead regional planning cycles: capacity, headcount, targets.
• Manage weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline health; flag slippage and gaps early.
• Analyze performance, productivity, and pipeline dynamics to derive insights.
• Collaborate with RevOps to roll out new processes and GTM infrastructure.
