Job summary

Zscaler in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the Sales and Go-to-Market team. You will report to the Director of Sales Operations and drive GTM growth through strategic projects and operational efficiencies across the EMEA region.

You will develop analytics packages, lead forecasting and quarterly business reviews, and partner with senior leadership to shape quotas, territories, and resource plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive clear insights on business problems.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Software/SaaS industry experience is desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting GTM growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization.
• Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success and quarterly business reviews, providing key insights and outcomes.
• Annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, HC planning, cross-functional support etc.
• Develop key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organization.
