Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Go-to-Market Recruiter to build the GTM teams that drive growth. In this individual contributor role, you will partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement, owning searches from intake through close.

You will craft inclusive pipelines, use market insight, and guide hiring decisions to hire top talent. You will manage 12–15 requisitions at a time, lead kickoff conversations, and ensure fair, structured interviews with clear feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle GTM/recruiting in competitive markets.
• Proven ability to partner with sales, marketing, CS, and enablement teams.
• Demonstrated diversity-focused sourcing and proactive pipeline building.
• Comfort with data, benchmarks, and ATS tooling to inform decisions.
• Clear written and verbal communication across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle searches for Account Executives and GTM roles with 12–15 requisitions.
• Lead intake, define scope, quota, ramp, interview plans, and timelines with teams.
• Design structured interviews with actionable feedback and mitigate blockers early.
• Leverage market data, OTE benchmarks, and funnel metrics to shape search strategy.
• Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience and negotiate offers with clear compensation details.
• Share learnings and optimize processes, using AI responsibly in sourcing.
