Job summary

Metaview is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst to partner with EMEA sales and customer success teams, ensuring the go-to-market engine runs smoothly. You will troubleshoot GTM systems, deliver requested data, and manage deal desk workflows to accelerate sales velocity and accuracy.

You will build BI dashboards and streamline data reporting across time zones. You will own data requests, optimize billing system interactions with Chargebee, and implement scalable processes to reduce manual reporting,

Qualifications

• Strong sales operations acumen including familiarity with sales operations, deal desk workflows, revenue systems, and the full sales funnel.
• Ability to identify operational bottlenecks, diagnose root causes, and design scalable systems and processes.
• Translate business questions into useful reporting, dashboards, and clear operational recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve GTM systems issues for EMEA sales and customer success teams during UK business hours.
• Handle data requests and reporting for go-to-market stakeholders, including sales and engagement leadership.
• Establish and manage deal desk processes, oversee deal flow, and provide operational support to sales reps.
• Build dashboarding and BI infrastructure using BI tools rather than relying on Salesforce dashboards or Google Sheets.
