Job summary

Factory is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to partner with EMEA sales leadership, owning segment strategy, forecast, and high-impact analyses. You will design territory coverage, quotas, and incentive structures while building dashboards and reporting to empower leadership decisions.

This is an in-office role based in London. You will work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive predictable growth and data-driven execution in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in strategy or operations roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure analyses.
• Ownership mindset with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Define segment strategy, growth priorities, and execution plans with EMEA leadership.
• Translate goals into segment targets, operating plans, and KPIs.
• Own segment forecast including cadence and defensible quarterly view.
• Lead analyses on pipeline health, conversion, capacity, segmentation, incentives, and headcount.
• Build financial/operating models to evaluate trade-offs of GTM decisions.
• Design territory coverage, quota setting, and related mechanics.
• Run core cadences: weekly pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and QBRs.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
