Job summary

ThoughtSpot seeks a seasoned Growth/Digital Marketing Lead to build and scale EMEA digital demand. You will own channel strategy across web, paid media, SEO, and AI-search, including regional focus in DACH and France. You’ll run campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with sales to turn digital data into pipeline.

You’ll work with a fast-growing global marketing team, reporting into EMEA leadership, and operate in an in-office culture with flexible arrangements where needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or digital marketing with hands-on ownership of paid media and SEO.
• Experience adapting AI-search and AI tools for marketing.
• Understanding language, compliance, and buying cycles across EMEA regions.
• Ability to run a channel end to end: strategy, execution, measurement, iteration.

Responsibilities

• Define and own EMEA digital growth strategy across web, paid media, SEO, and AI-search.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic.
• Develop SEO foundation and AI-search presence for ThoughtSpot in EMEA.
• Build pipeline contributions and collaborate withsales to convert digital leads.
