Plaud Inc. is building the next generation intelligence infrastructure and interfaces for professionals. We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to own the EMEA strategy, drive regional growth, and lead a diverse team across Performance Marketing, Content, PR, and Field Marketing.

You will shape campaigns, measure impact with robust analytics, and collaborate with Global Brand, GTM, and Regional Sales to maximize impact. Work across time zones in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Competenze

• 8–15 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional marketing teams of 15+ people.
• Strong expertise in performance and growth marketing with measurable results.

Mansioni

• Own EMEA marketing strategy and regional sales targets.
• Lead and develop a marketing organization of ~20 team members across channels.
• Drive growth through data-driven budget planning and ROI optimization.
• Plan and execute integrated regional campaigns and test new channels.
