Job summary

LangChain, Inc. is seeking a Demand Generation Lead for the EMEA region (London or Amsterdam). You’ll own regional demand, partner with performance and lifecycle marketing, and run localized campaigns to build a scalable regional playbook.

You’ll collaborate with US teams to optimize pipeline and growth in multiple markets. You’ll manage paid digital, webinars, and integrated campaigns, crafting landing pages and copy, and driving regional nurtures with language and time-zone considerations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries with localization awareness.
• Has run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM activities personally.
• Ability to write copy, build landing pages, pull reports, and launch campaigns.
• Comfortable with a technical product and audience; discussions about agents and observability without scripts.
• Strong collaboration with Sales (AEs and SDRs) and marketing teams.
• Fluent in funnel metrics: CPL, pipeline contribution, and attribution limits.
• Proficient with a modern tech stack (Hubspot, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Clay).

Responsibilities

• Develop the EMEA demand plan across markets, segments, and channels.
• Own an EMEA pipeline target and report on sourced and influenced opportunities by channel.
• Allocate the regional demand budget for localized programs.
• Lead full-funnel program execution including paid digital, webinars, and lifecycle nurturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with sales and RevOps for pipeline visibility.
