LRN Corporation in London seeks a Global Marketing Director, EMEA to lead demand gen across Europe, the Middle East, and UK markets. You will own campaigns from strategy to execution, leveraging HubSpot and ABM to accelerate new logo acquisition and growth.

This role requires 8+ years in B2B marketing, SaaS experience, and a proven ability to drive multi-market outcomes while collaborating across a matrixed marketing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing focusing on demand/lead gen.
• 3+ years building campaigns in HubSpot.
• 3+ years ABM program management.
• Ability to work across multiple markets, cultures, and languages.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and scaling campaigns.
• Performance-based mindset; optimize campaigns.
• Comfortable getting in the weeds to improve campaigns.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills.
• BA/BS in marketing, advertising, business management, or related field.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience in Legal, Financial Services, B2B tech or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for new client wins and existing client growth; partner with sales leadership to drive opportunities.
• Build inbound/outbound demand generation programs for full lifecycle across markets.
• Create demand gen experiences across localized properties with cross-team collaboration.
• Understand target audiences and tailor campaigns across markets, cultures, languages.
• Manage regional events, pre/post activities and measurement.
• Forecast, measure, and report on demand generation impact; manage budget.
• Utilize MarTech to improve efficiency and drive innovative tactics.
• Report to VP, Revenue Marketing on strategies, performance, and budget insights.
