Job summary

Listen Labs is hiring its first dedicated marketer in EMEA to shape how we show up in Europe and drive demand across the UK, Nordics, DACH, France, and beyond. This founding role will sit with our GTM and Post-sale teams as we scale.

You'll own the field and demand engine: conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and targeted campaigns, plus regional content and a data-driven growth stack. Senior IC with ownership and hands-on marketing system skills is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in B2B SaaS marketing with demand gen or field experience.
• Hands-on with marketing systems and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building regional motions from early stages is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Sharpen Listen's story for European buyers, ensuring certifications and data residency.
• Bring the best US programs to the region where appropriate.
• Own the field calendar end to end: conferences, dinners, roundtables.
• Run demand programs around that calendar: ABM campaigns, webinars, nurture, post-event follow-up.
• Create localized content and brand moments for in-region growth.
• Build the regional GTM stack with segmentation, routing, attribution, and dashboards.
• Build Listen's community in EMEA with researchers and marketing leaders.
