Notion is seeking an exceptional marketing leader to drive growth across EMEA, overseeing digital, demand, content, and campaigns. You’ll own end-to-end regional narratives, build scalable content, and orchestrate market launches to fuel pipeline and revenue.

You will lead a cross-functional team, mentor talent, and apply AI-powered workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration while aligning with global Product Marketing and Sales. Hybrid London-based role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS/enterprise.
• Proven people leadership and ability to hire for craft.
• Narrative and content mastery with scalable toolkit.
• Hands-on demand generation across paid, email, events.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate work.
• Experience running multi-market programs across EMEA.
• Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing team across digital, demand, content, and campaigns.
• Own EMEA content and campaign narratives with modular assets and templates.
• Drive regional demand generation with clear positioning and measurement plans.
• Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging and assets for launches.
• Align with Country Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling.
• Scale workflows with AI to accelerate research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration.
• Measure funnel performance and adjust messaging and programs based on insights.
