Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven work experience in B2B or SaaS companies
• 5+ years in leadership role
• BA/BS required
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
• Deep experience leading a regional field marketing organization at scale

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and coach a high-performing regional field marketing team
• Align ABM strategies with sales engagement
• Drive customer growth through cross-sell and upsell campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, operations and finance
• Create and execute a robust EMEA GTM marketing plan to drive acquisition, expansion, retention and brand awareness
• Translate strategy into quarterly targets and a 90-day rolling calendar
• Analyze sales cycle and customer segmentation to optimize selling processes
• Introduce new marketing ideas and channels to scale the EMEA business
• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Ensure effective lead capture, nurture and handoff to sales
