Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Field Application Engineering Manager in the Crawley area to lead the FAE team across Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role emphasizes customer retention, pre-sales engineering support, and new business development across Broadcast and Medical sectors.

You will collaborate with global teams, manage engineering resources, and drive product adoption while traveling extensively to meet customers and partners, ensuring high engineering standards and stakeholder

Qualifications

Requires degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
Strong background in LCD displays, HMI and embedded hardware.
Experience with BIOS/firmware development and system integration.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional pre-sales engineering support and customer-focused solutions.
Lead and grow the Field Application Engineering team across EMEA.
Coordinate project management and engineering administration for regional activities.
Support RFQ processes with technically robust proposals.
Engage in training and stakeholder engagement with sales teams.
