Job summary

Invesco in the United Kingdom is seeking an Events Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality events across the EMEA region, from briefing to completion. You will work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring compliant, well-documented events that meet corporate guidelines.

The role requires an organised, proactive individual with strong project coordination and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and travel for occasional nights away.

Qualifications

• Proven event management experience.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering and evaluating events, including post-event feedback.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree not mandatory if experience applies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver events from briefing to completion.
• Follow the Invesco event management process to document and deliver on timelines.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support post-event evaluation using attendance, engagement and feedback metrics.
• Stay informed on best practices in events and asset management, contributing ideas.
