Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to shape and execute corporate events across the EMEA region. You will plan, source venues, manage vendors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless delivery from concept to post-event follow-up.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within EMEA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event coordination and execution
• Strong understanding of corporate event planning, logistics and vendor management
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to anticipate issues
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
• Willingness to travel within EMEA (up to 4 times per year)
• Experience managing event budgets and supplier relationships
• Technical coordination experience at onsite events
• Knowledge of event management tools or software
• Fluency in additional languages

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of EMEA events, including venue sourcing, logistics, catering, attendee management and event materials
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists and key milestones
• Coordinate suppliers, venues and other external partners, ensuring requirements, deadlines and budgets are understood and met
• Manage event collateral, giveaways and shipments, ensuring materials arrive on time
• Coordinate attendee communications and ensure participants have the information they need ahead of each event
• Provide hands-on support at events, including registration, logistics, technical coordination and overall guest experience
• Anticipate potential issues and respond quickly and calmly to changes or challenges on site
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events are aligned with company branding, messaging and objectives
• Support the tracking and management of event and supplier budgets
• Coordinate post-event feedback, attendee surveys and vendor reviews, producing clear summaries of outcomes, learnings and recommendations
