Job summary

Invesco UK Limited, Henley-on-Thames, is seeking an Events Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality events across the EMEA region. You will manage logistics, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and create engaging experiences for clients.

You will apply event management and project coordination skills in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships, and contribute to post-event evaluations while working closely with the broader marketing team.

Qualifications

• Proven event management experience.
• Experience with digital events is desirable.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, venues and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting post-event evaluation with attendance and engagement reviews.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Cvent, Pardot and Salesforce is desirable.
• Knowledge of ON24 or similar webinar platform is desirable.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Degree flexibility: relevant experience can substitute for a degree.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and stay away from home.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be flexible.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of events—from seminars to webinars—through to completion.
• Follow the Invesco event management process, ensuring documentation and timelines are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers for smooth delivery.
• Support post-event evaluation by reviewing attendance and feedback.
• Stay informed on industry best practices to support the events programme.
• Work independently and as part of the marketing team on cross-functional projects.
