Invesco Ltd. in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead planning, coordination and delivery of events across the EMEA region.

You will oversee logistics, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure high-quality client experiences from planning through execution. The role requires strong event management and project coordination skills, fluent English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and delivering events across multiple regions.
• Experience supporting or delivering digital events is desirable.
• Strong coordination with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver a range of events across EMEA from briefing to completion.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Assist post-event evaluation using attendance, engagement and feedback metrics.
