Job summary

MaintainX seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant (EMEA) to accelerate enterprise relationships across industrial, manufacturing, energy, and utilities. You will be the technical authority in the region, owning the pre-sales process and translating complex workflows into compelling narratives for operators and executives.

You will design and deliver demo environments, run POCs, and build vertical collateral, improving win rates while collaborating with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or implementation.
• Proven experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, energy, or utilities.
• Experience with ERP, CMMS, or asset management platforms (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Infor, etc.)
• Track record running product demos and technical POCs independently through full enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into compelling narratives for both plant-floor operators and executive buyers.
• Comfortable building process and assets in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Owns pre-sales for enterprise deals across industrial, manufacturing, energy and utilities verticals.
• Design and deliver industry-specific demo environments with real customer data to shorten discovery to opportunity.
• Scope and execute technical POCs to reduce buying uncertainty and shorten deal cycles.
• Build an EMEA collateral and demo asset library for vertical-specific product positioning.
• Capture and route customer feedback from demos to Product and Marketing to reflect use cases in the roadmap.
