Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer for our EMEA South Enterprise business who is passionate about leading the technical engagement in complex sales cycles and solving our enterprise customers' hardest business problems.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to map customer needs to Atlassian solutions, lead value-based demonstrations, and align our products to key stakeholders across customers and partners while driving adoption and success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Fluent in French with proficiency in either Spanish or Italian.
• Able to communicate with multi-level audiences and present effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement in complex sales cycles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and Atlassian partners to map customer needs to Atlassian solutions.
• Conduct value-based demonstrations and articulate the value of the software to executives.
• Guide customers' technical requirements through the sales process to gain buy-in.
• Document feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product and strategy.
