Infopro Digital, a B2B group with global reach, seeks a Head of Enterprise Existing Business to accelerate growth across the EMEA enterprise portfolio. You will lead an established team, deepen executive engagement, and drive expansion across UK & Ireland, France and DACH, with broader coverage as needed.

You will report to the CRO and shape account planning, forecasting, and renewal strategies, while coaching managers to seize strategic opportunities and deliver sustained revenue growth.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading enterprise account management or existing business teams in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
• Proven track record in expansion revenue and protecting recurring revenue.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior customer executives.
• Experience implementing account planning, QBRs and expansions.
• People-management with recruitment and coaching experience.
• Ability to lead complex commercial negotiations.

Mansioni

• Own and deliver revenue targets for the EMEA Enterprise Existing Business.
• Forecast expansion, renewals, and risks; manage pipeline reviews.
• Coach and develop the enterprise account team across regions.
• Build proactive account management and a repeatable growth playbook.
• Lead pricing discussions including renewal strategies and multi-year deals.
• Ensure strong executive engagement and cross-functional coordination.
