Job summary

CoreWeave seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Business Development – EMEA to lead strategy and execution for its Enterprise business across the region. You will define the Enterprise approach, customer propositions and sales plays, while building and leading a team of Enterprise Business Development Managers.

You will partner with Field Sales, Product, Marketing and Services to drive adoption, revenue growth and a differentiated enterprise narrative across multiple industries in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise business development, go-to-market strategy or sales within cloud infrastructure or AI.
• Strong ability to translate market insight into repeatable sales plays and adoption programmes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and engaging CIO/CTO level executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute EMEA Enterprise strategy with regional sales leadership.
• Develop enterprise narratives, value propositions and field assets for sales teams.
• Hire and onboard Enterprise Business Development Managers aligned to priority industries.
