Job summary

Uniphore seeks a Regional Marketing Director to lead the EMEA marketing organization. You will shape the regional go-to-market strategy, own pipeline targets, and partner with sales, product marketing, and corporate communications to influence executive buyers across Europe and the Middle East.

The role requires a strong AI/enterprise marketing background, proven leadership, and the ability to translate global strategies into localized regional initiatives that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of EMEA B2B enterprise regional marketing experience, incl. ABM and demand generation.
• Experience leading regional marketing in AI/tech environments and collaborating with sales, product marketing and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Europe & Middle East regional marketing strategy and pipeline plan.
• Design and execute regional ABM and demand generation campaigns, events, and programs.
• Lead regional GTM messaging, content, and executive-ready presentations for CxO audiences.
• Manage budget, enable regional GTM teams, and align with global campaigns and partners.
