Job summary

Databricks is seeking a bold, strategic senior executive to lead our Energy GTM across EMEA. You will shape how we engage the energy sector and drive commercial outcomes through data and AI-powered strategies.

Reporting to the Global GTM Head for Manufacturing, Transportation, and Energy, you will collaborate with EMEA sales, field engineering, and GTM leadership to accelerate growth and customer value across oil, gas, utilities, renewables, and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in energy leadership; 5+ years in GTM/strategy roles within tech or consulting.
• Proven success taking technology products to market with measurable outcomes.
• Deep domain knowledge in subsurface intelligence, industrial AI, energy trading, and grid resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI vision-setting engagements with top energy accounts and executives.
• Drive GTM strategy, pipeline growth, and KPI reporting across the EMEA energy sector.
• Align with sales, field engineering, marketing, partnerships, and product teams.
• Develop industry-specific GTM programs that convert opportunity into revenue.
• Travel regularly to support client meetings and industry events.
