Guidewire is seeking a Program Owner for Regional Enablement in EMEA to translate business needs into learning that helps Sales, PS, and CS win. You will adapt globally designed content for the EMEA region and align with Persona Program Managers to ensure high-quality delivery.

You will partner with global program owners to localize content, schedule delivery, and monitor regional completion and impact, while driving continuous improvement across the EMEA readiness ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years in enablement, learning & development, onboarding, or related fields within enterprise software; 1–2 years facilitating live or virtual training.
• Experience with AI-enabled content creation and delivery is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable enablement solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, delivery, and improvement of ERM programs for the EMEA Field (Sales, PS, CS).
• Coordinate onboarding and certification registration; collect feedback to improve programs.
• Deliver methodology training and onboarding sessions; support regional sessions as guided by the EMEA Partner.
• Develop ad-hoc role/functional training to elevate EMEA skill development.
• Apply readiness methodology across programs including needs assessment, content curation, and partner sign-off.
• Partner with EMEA Readiness Business Partner for training tied to new hire programs and field events.
• Support the broader readiness transformation, incorporating AI to deliver content in context.
• Own execution of recurring EMEA enablement mechanisms with planning, coordination, readiness, and feedback.
