Job summary

Parloa is seeking an Sr Enablement Manager in EMEA based in London to ensure global enablement programs land in the region on time and in-market hours. You will be the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and coordinate with global teams to adapt materials to local context.

You will own end-to-end enablement delivery for Europe and oversee onboarding cohorts, certifications, and quarterly reviews, collaborating with regional leaders and field teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function.
• Experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
• Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers; face of enablement in the region.
• Clear written communication across time zones with a bias for early problem-flagging.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires and deliver regional bootcamps.
• Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context; track attendance and ramp metrics.
• Execute global enablement initiatives (certifications, product launches) in the EMEA timezone.
• Surface scheduling conflicts and regional blockers early to the global team.
• Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
• Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership.
• Own end-to-end enablement delivery for WAVE Europe and other EMEA programs.
