Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager for EMEA based in London. You will own the quality and timeliness of enablement delivery in the region, acting as the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and field leaders.

You will run onboarding cohorts, adapt materials for local market needs, and coordinate global enablement initiatives in the EMEA timezone. You will collaborate with global teams, surface regional blockers early, and maintain regional content in Highspot and the LMS.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a closely related GTM function.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
• Clear, proactive written communication across time zones, with a bias toward flagging problems early.
• Credible with quota-carrying sellers and their managers.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London, with the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires on cadence and curriculum.
• Deliver EMEA bootcamps locally and in-region hours.
• Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language, and regulatory context.
• Execute global enablement initiatives in the EMEA timezone and market context.
• Surface scheduling conflicts and regional blockers early to the global team.
• Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
• Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership.
• Own end-to-end enablement delivery for EMEA programs; collaborate with global team.
• Be the first point of contact for EMEA reps and managers on enablement questions.
