Job summary

Parloa seeks a Senior Enablement Manager in EMEA to establish the first dedicated enablement presence in the region. You will ensure global enablement programs land in EMEA on schedule and in-region hours, acting as the local face of GTM Enablement for EMEA sellers and field leaders.

You will own end-to-end enablement delivery for regional programs, adapt materials for local market context, track ramp metrics, and escalate regional risks to leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or related GTM function.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training end-to-end.
• Credible with quota-bearing sellers and their managers.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts for EMEA GTM hires, locally and regionally.
• Adapt onboarding materials for local market, language and regulatory context.
• Execute global enablement initiatives (certifications, product launches) in EMEA timezone.
• Surface scheduling conflicts and regional blockers early to the global team.
• Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
• Prepare and deliver enablement components of quarterly business reviews for EMEA leadership.
