Unknown client in the UK is seeking a Sales & Marketing Project Manager - EMEA to drive cross-functional commercial initiatives across Europe and globally. You will lead projects with Sales, Product Management and Marketing, aiming to improve customer engagement and conversion through data-driven strategies.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics, and willingness to travel across Europe.

Formación

• PMO and project management experience in B2B environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing tools.
• Understanding of marketing analytics, forecasting and customer segmentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support cross-functional Sales, Marketing and Product Management projects.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and product growth initiatives.
• Support customer acquisition, engagement and conversion rate initiatives.
• Align regional sales, product management and marketing across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead management and sales processes.
• Support data-driven analytics to optimise go-to-market strategies.
• Utilise CRM, marketing platforms to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Track milestones, risks, actions and deliverables for stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales and marketing processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver measurable improvements.
• Assist in transformation of the global Sales & Product Marketing function.
