Job summary

Luxe Talent, an international recruitment agency, seeks an E-Commerce Manager for an international Beauty, Wellness and Home group in London. You will own on-site revenue across three EMEA DTC brands, guiding merchandising, UX improvements and promotions across Magento and Shopify Plus.

You will manage a small e-commerce team, coordinate with COE content and SEO partners, and drive testing to improve conversion and profitability while protecting brand equity.

Qualifications

• Around five years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role.
• Strong technical proficiency with Magento and Shopify Plus.
• Experience managing, coaching or leading a team.
• Knowledge of on-site UX and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability delivery across three EMEA DTC brands.
• Lead on-site merchandising, navigation, product pages and checkout journeys.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on SEO and site performance.
• Manage a team of e-commerce specialists and a contractor.
• Drive A/B testing and conversion optimisation initiatives.
