EM4Y Ltd is seeking an Associate E-commerce Professional to join its expanding EMEA DTC team in London. You will drive online performance across Magento and Shopify, optimise product merchandising, and support trading decisions to grow revenue.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Tech teams, plan seasonal campaigns, run A/B tests, and produce trading insights while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Three days in the London office per week.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising.
• Experience working with Magento.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising and on-page SEO.
• Experience collaborating with website development teams or external eCommerce partners.
• Commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship and ability to work from the London office three days per week.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operation of assigned eCommerce websites.
• Deliver product merchandising across Magento and Shopify.
• Support eCommerce revenue, trading performance, and profitability.
• Execute on-page SEO improvements and collaborate with SEO partners.
• Monitor website performance including traffic, conversion, and customer behavior.
• Coordinate with developers on website development tickets.
• Plan and launch seasonal campaigns, product ranges, and promotions.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion and user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Demand Planning, and Digital teams.
• Produce trading reports and performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey and overall website performance.
