MODE SEARCH Ltd. is partnering with a prestigious international luxury fragrance and beauty house to appoint an Ecommerce Manager for the UK.
You will own day-to-day trading across brand.com and key retailer sites, lead product launches and promotions, and drive conversion through strategic merchandising and performance analysis. You will collaborate with global and local teams, manage budgets, and mentor a junior team member in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Competenze
- 5+ years in ecommerce or digital trading.
- DTC luxury/beauty ecommerce experience.
- Hands-on Shopify experience essential.
- Strong ecommerce merchandising and performance knowledge.
- Analytics-driven with data translating to actions.
- Experience managing retailer.com partners.
- SEO knowledge and driving organic growth.
- KPI-focused with customer behaviour insights.
Mansioni
- Own day-to-day UK ecommerce trading across brand.com and retailer partners.
- Lead launches, campaigns, homepage activity and promotions.
- Manage onsite merchandising, search and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with global and local Ecommerce, Marketing and Logistics teams.
- Work with development on platform improvements and testing.
- Monitor ecommerce KPIs and report performance.
- Lead and develop junior Ecommerce & Digital team member.
