Job summary

Fireblocks is replatforming financial services onto a blockchain-based stack. As the Business Solutions Director for EMEA, you will guide leading payment institutions through transformative digital infrastructure solutions in collaboration with Enterprise Accounts.

You will work with senior executives to develop business cases, shape product strategy, and drive cross-team execution, leveraging your consulting and financial services background to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, especially payments.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with blockchain and digital assets.
• Ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities for non-crypto audiences.
• Proficient in creating persuasive executive presentations (PowerPoint/Slides).
• Exceptional organizational abilities with track record of multi-project leadership.
• Ability to lead teams indirectly and drive collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and advisory to C-level executives and business leaders in payments.
• Collaborate with product strategy and GTM teams to influence product development and market approach.
• Engage in market research and thought leadership to bolster Fireblocks’ reputation.
• Foster cross-team collaboration with business leads, product, sales, marketing, and R&D.
