Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a GTM Specialist EMEA Data Leader to own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Data domain across EMEA, spanning Database, Storage, and Analytics.

You will define multi-year strategy, drive KPIs, and allocate resources in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, interfacing with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Partners, and Marketing. You will lead senior GTM specialists across geographies, coach leaders, and sponsor large data programs such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience building and leading large teams in matrixed structures.
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• Experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage).
• Experience communicating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Database, Storage, and Analytics domain business; define the multi-year EMEA strategy, set goals and KPIs, and build scalable mechanisms.
• Deploy specialist capacity where opportunities are greatest to position the data estate as a foundation for analytics and GenAI ambitions.
• Build, coach, and retain a multi-geography team of senior GTM specialists and set high performance standards.
• Lead a matrixed field organization by aligning Sales, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Partners, and Marketing to deliver domain outcomes.
• Own CxO-level relationships (CIO, CDO, CTO) and sponsor large data programs, migrations, and modernization.
• Manage executive relationships with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs to drive partner-led growth and faster time-to-value.
• Surface customer insights to shape roadmaps and represent AWS at executive forums and industry events.
