Job summary

Eaton seeks a Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader to drive the Data Center portfolio in the EMEA region. You will own the strategy planning process, define the offer portfolio, and align cross-functional teams to deliver growth in a complex market.

Based in the UK preferred, you will lead strategic initiatives, support business units with MEMOs, and drive market-facing campaigns and partnerships. A strong track record in strategic leadership and commercial execution is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical).
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are an advantage).
• Demonstrated success in strategy development, offer management, and commercialization of technical solutions.
• Experience with outcome-based business models is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Segment Strategy and SP process for the Data Center segment with metrics and scorecards.
• Define and update segmentation and growth strategy for Utilities and Industrial segments.
• Map sub-segment ecosystems, identify stakeholders, and define system value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and position Eaton as a segment leader in sustainability and power management.
• Develop targeted segment memos with win/loss insights and market dynamics.
• Define and execute Offer roadmap with business case, pricing, ROI, and launch plans.
• Ensure Offer alignment with Profit Plan commitments and financial objectives.
• Track performance via KPIs and market feedback; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop system sales enablement tools, battle cards, and value propositions.
• Support PMs/PLMs with performance tracking tools (Pipeline, revenue, margin).
• Coordinate with PLMs, marketing, and regional sales for GTM execution.
