Job summary

Eaton Europe is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic global OEM accounts in data center cooling, integrating PMCC components into customer roadmaps and long-term plans.

You will drive multi-country coordination across EMEA, nurture long-term partnerships, mentor local account managers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable value for customers and Eaton.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems required.
• Ability to sell complex engineered solutions into OEM customers; long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEM customers.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Lead implementation of customer requirements and commercial agreements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting and quotations.
• Drive continuous improvement in account management activities.
• Build and grow strategic OEM relationships for data center cooling.
• Coordinate multi-country accounts across EMEA and global teams.
• Promote Eaton digital tools as part of the value proposition.
