• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including revenue and margin ownership.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product line strategies aligned to business growth objectives.
• Own product roadmaps, investment priorities, and lifecycle planning.
• Identify emerging market opportunities within the global data centre ecosystem.
• Translate customer and market intelligence into commercially successful products.
• Lead the commercial contribution to product development and innovation programmes.
• Define market requirements and target customer segments.
• Develop relationships across the wider data centre ecosystem.
• Establish partnerships with manufacturers, technology providers, industry stakeholders.
• Act as a market ambassador, representing the business with customers and partners.
