Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Line Sales Manager - White Space to accelerate growth across its Data Centre portfolio in EMEA. You will drive opportunities with large customers, engaging end users and key partners to expand the White Space segment beyond traditional Grey Space solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development or Market Development roles within the Data Centre industry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Exposure to Data Centre environments and ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of Eaton's White Space portfolio with focus on large Data Centre customers.
• Identify, develop and convert new opportunities across target market segments.
• Build relationships with end users and ecosystem partners (consultants, integrators, contractors, installers and VARs).
• Develop and execute route-to-market strategies to maximise market coverage.
• Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through direct engagement and CRM discipline.
• Lead customer projects including solution positioning, tenders, pricing and deployment follow-up.
• Collaborate with Eaton country sales teams to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to support product strategy and growth.
