Job summary

International Talent Partnership is partnering with a leading global manufacturer to appoint a European Segment Director for a specialist Data Centre product line. You will own the strategy and build a European growth plan from the ground up, coordinating across markets and stakeholders.

The role combines strategic leadership, sales development, and technical expertise, with autonomy and international support to scale a high-growth product segment across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving multi-country commercial growth
• Experience building or scaling new business lines or product segments
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a European growth strategy for a Data Centre product range
• Support and enable local sales teams across multiple countries, with potential to lead a dedicated team
• Act as the technical and commercial expert, interpreting complex specifications and positioning solutions
• Engage with key industry stakeholders including Data Centre operators, contractors, consultants, and architects
• Drive market expansion across Europe, identifying opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering teams on pricing and go-to-market plans
• Maintain pipeline visibility, CRM discipline, and support forecasting and budgeting processes
