You will define the Strategy Planning process for the Data Center segment, shape sub-segments, and ensure cohesive strategy and offerings across utilities and industrial sectors. Location preference is the UK, with flexible working options and global collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven track record in strategy development and offer management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Segment Strategy planning for the Data Center segment and develop metrics to track progress.
• Define and execute Offer roadmap, pricing, ROI analysis, and market launches.
• Drive partnerships, collaboration across BUs, marketing, and sales to ensure growth and alignment.
