J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management seeks a Head of Client & Sales Effectiveness, EMEA, to lead training and coaching for client and investor teams across the region.

You will partner with regional and global leaders to set strategic priorities, deliver programs like Consultative Selling, Negotiation, and Presentation skills, and drive adoption of our tech platform. The role requires extensive asset management experience, senior stakeholder influence, and the ability to manage a team

Formación

• 10 years industry experience inclusive of people management
• Extensive client-facing experience in asset management
• Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and developing professionals
• Leadership presence and credibility to interact with senior executives
• Commercial mindset focused on growth in the region
• Willingness to travel ~20%

Responsabilidades

• Engage with leadership, stakeholders, and SMEs to determine training priorities and shape exercises and workshops
• Coordinate activation and adoption of client-facing and investor strategies using proprietary tech tools
• Facilitate training programs as a coach, building relationships across the business and with partners
• Lead a culture of innovation and a client-centric mindset
• Deliver content that reinforces foundational programs and advances to more complex material
• Collaborate with large asset owner clients to design and deliver bespoke training content
• Design new content and refresh existing material
• Travel regionally up to ~20%
