Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a senior leader to own regional marketing platform operations across the EMEA region.

You will partner with product and technology to ensure reliable, scalable performance of event platforms, email tools, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities while driving strategic improvements. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape roadmaps with regional insight, and deliver measurable benefits through structured improvement programs, risk governance, and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational teams with performance management and workforce planning.
• Experience managing operational risk, controls, incident response, and business continuity in regulated settings.
• Experience driving continuous improvement using structured methods and measurable outcomes.
• Experience performing product ownership activities and partnering with technology delivery teams.
• Experience launching and scaling digital platforms, including testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational performance across the region, ensuring delivery against service and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leads and front-line staff with performance management and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with root-cause analysis and measurable benefits.
• Establish and maintain operational controls, procedures, testing, and issue remediation.
• Manage operational risk and incident response, with business continuity readiness.
• Serve as regional single point of contact for platform performance and end-to-end escalations.
• Partner with global product owners and technology teams to adapt platforms for events, email, and AI-enabled marketing.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of regional initiatives from idea to delivery and improvement.
• Lead launches, checkpoints, testing, approvals, and post-launch monitoring for stable adoption.
• Translate business needs into testable user stories and acceptance criteria with QA teams.
