Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an EMEA Client Onboarding Management Associate to oversee end-to-end implementation of institutional mandates. You will coordinate across global teams to ensure seamless onboarding, funding and client engagement with a strong focus on risk management and process improvement.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder management and a solid understanding of financial products, with opportunities to implement new operating models and drive client experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective client communication, verbal and written, with active listening.
• Strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Excellent time management to handle multiple onboarding events.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Solid knowledge of financial products including equities, fixed income, currency, derivatives and funds.
• Understanding of trade flow from inception to settlement and fund accounting basics.
• Project management experience to run end-to-end onboarding initiatives.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end onboarding for Institutional Client mandates and lifecycle events.
• Acts as onboarding lead and single point of contact for clients during onboarding timelines.
• Leads meetings with internal and external stakeholders to scope, manage and deliver events on time.
• Maintains onboarding documents, checklists, product specs and project plans.
• Collaborates across teams to share expertise and improve processes and controls.
• Provides regular status reports and identifies risks to mitigate issues.
• Supports global onboarding teams to standardize best practices.
