Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management is seeking an Executive Director to lead Goals-Based Planning and Engage across EMEA from our London office, elevating advisory delivery quality and consistency.

You will drive advisory outcomes for UHNW clients and collaborate with regional teams to scale the platform. The role reports to the IPB Head of Planning and Personalisation and requires exceptional leadership, judgment, and partnership across markets to deliver measurable growth in assets and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in asset allocation, portfolio management, or as a private bank advisor.
• Proven expertise in advising on asset allocation for complex investment portfolios and UHNW clients.
• Strong understanding of portfolio analytics and risk management concepts.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for clients and advisors.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and collaboration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor training to strengthen goals-based planning and the advisory framework.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of the advisory framework.
• Utilize the advisor dashboard to monitor outliers and breaches and drive proactive resolution.
• Provide feedback to product teams to improve platforms and processes.
• Ensure high-quality, goals-based plans across markets and enhance client outcomes.
