Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an EMEA Client Onboarding Management Associate to lead end-to-end onboarding for institutional mandates across regions. You will coordinate with global teams, manage timelines and ensure superior client service during complex events from setup to funding.

The role requires strong project management, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration to identify improvements and implement new operating models in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective client communication (verbal and written) with active listening.
• Strong relationship-building with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent time management to coordinate multiple onboarding events.
• Financial product knowledge across equities, fixed income, currencies, derivatives and funds.
• Experience with project management and end-to-end initiative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end onboarding for Institutional mandates including complex events.
• Acts as client-facing onboarding lead from win to funding and engagement.
• Leads internal/external meetings to scope and deliver onboarding within timelines.
• Maintains onboarding documents, checklists, product specs and project plans.
• Collaborates across teams to leverage expertise and drive process improvements.
• Communicates status updates and mitigates risks to stakeholders.
• Supports global onboarding teams to standardize best practices.
